Hasmukh Patel & Associates

Hasmukh Patel & Associates is located on Nanpura Kohinoor Road. We occupy rooms 718 and 719. It’s a fairly high floor, so we get away from some of the street noise, which helps when we need to concentrate on the finer details of a plan. Hasmukh has been doing this for a long time, and the office reflects that. There are old books on architecture and stacks of past projects everywhere you look. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it works for us. We have a couple of drafting tables that we still use alongside the new software. The team is small and we’ve worked together for years, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done. Nanpura is a great place to be based because everything is close by. We often walk to meetings or to grab a quick bite at the local stalls. The office atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just shirts and trousers, and we’re often covered in a bit of pencil lead by the end of the day. We deal with a lot of different people, from homeowners to contractors. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure the drawings actually make sense to the guys doing the building work. It’s steady work and we enjoy being part of the local community and seeing our projects come to life.
