You can find us at Royal Plaza in Katargam Charkop. We’re in shop 119. It’s a decent sized plaza with a lot of different businesses. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around us. Our day usually starts with a tea and then we get into the work. We handle things as they come. There’s no big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in. The plaza gets a lot of foot traffic, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking outside, which can be a bit of a pain for our visitors. We try to keep our space tidy but with all the samples and paperwork, it’s a constant battle. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We like the scale we’re at right now. It allows us to actually talk to the people who buy from us. We don't use any scripts or fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of our day is spent checking on orders and making sure everything is where it should be. We’ve had some long days here, but that’s just part of owning a business. We’re just regular people trying to provide for ourselves and be a part of the Katargam community. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy the routine of it all.
