Hare Sai International Parcel Service operates out of 2 Surat Under Ground in the Prime Chambers building. It is located right opposite the State Bank of India, which is a big help when people are trying to find us. Being in the underground section means it stays a bit cooler during the hot months, but it also means we are always busy moving parcels up and down. We handle a lot of different packages here. Some are small and go nearby, while others are headed further away. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. The Prime Chambers building is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for folks to drop by. We don’t really do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see our sign when they go to the bank across the street. It’s a bit of a tight space when we have a lot of deliveries coming in at once, but we manage to keep things moving. The staff here are just local people who know how to pack a box so nothing breaks. We don’t use any complicated systems, just pen and paper and a bit of hard work. Every day is different depending on what people need to send out. It’s a practical business and we just try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
