Happy Home Group

We are located at A23 Santakavarram Society, which is right behind Ahuja Bhavan in the Ram Nagar area of Surat. You can find us off Rander Road. Surat is a really busy city, especially with all the textile and diamond work going on, but our little corner in Ram Nagar is where we focus on our building projects. We are a group of people who just like to build homes that work for families. The office is right there in the society, so we are always close to the people we are building for. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate headquarters in a skyscraper. Instead, we work out of this simple office where we can talk to anyone who walks in. The weather in Surat can be really hot, so we usually try to get the outdoor work done early in the morning. We spend the rest of our time dealing with contractors and making sure the supplies are arriving on time. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we have a good rhythm. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job and make sure the houses we build are solid. It is practical work and we enjoy seeing the finished homes when everything is finally done and people move in.
