We are located at 402 J K Tower, which is in Pratap Nagar, Surat. The landmark most people use is the Sub Jail nearby; it’s hard to miss. Danteshwar is a fairly active area, and J K Tower is right in the middle of a lot of action. Being on the fourth floor, we get a bit of a breeze if the windows are open, which is nice. H V Rana & Associates has been here for a while. The office is pretty basic. We have some old filing cabinets and a few computers that have seen better days. It's not a flashy place, but it works for what we need to do. The hallway can be a bit dark because the bulbs sometimes burn out and take a week to get replaced. I usually arrive around nine in the morning. Parking near J K Tower can be a bit of a headache because of the jail and other offices nearby, so I usually try to get here early to find a spot. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and his masala chai is actually quite good. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just people we’ve known for years. It’s a steady kind of life here in Pratap Nagar. Nothing too exciting happens, but we keep busy with our daily routines. The elevator is small, so I often just take the stairs for the exercise. It keeps the legs moving after sitting all day at the computer screen.
