H R Shetty Co is based in the Fort area of Mumbai. We are specifically located at Shiv Shakti Textile Market, in unit 1-124. If you’ve ever been to the textile market, you know it’s a very busy place with people moving rolls of cloth and trading all day long. Our office is right there in the middle of all that action. It’s a small space, but it’s where we handle all our HR and administrative work. We’ve been part of this market community for quite some time now. We don’t have any polished corporate talk. We just help the local businesses with their staff issues and paperwork. People often just pop their head in to ask a question or drop off a form. It’s very face-to-face here. The Fort area has a lot of history, and the market itself is always bustling. We stay busy from morning till evening. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped with all the files, but we manage just fine. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job for the people who rely on us. It’s about being steady and reliable. We have our tea, we talk to the neighbors, and we get through the work. It’s a simple way of doing business but it works for us. We’re just a local company doing our thing in Mumbai.
