H N Enterprises is run out of my place here in the Pratishat Apartment building. We are in the Athwa Burud Ali area, right near Pragti Nagar. It’s not your typical shop with a big glass front. Instead, I handle everything from my office in A-2/704. I’ve been doing this for a few years now, mostly focusing on general supplies and whatever my clients need me to source for them. Because it's an apartment, it stays pretty quiet most of the time, which is nice for getting work done. I spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure orders are coming in correctly. People usually call before they come by since it’s a residential building. It’s a bit different than being on a main road, but it works for what I do. I deal with various vendors and try to keep a decent record of everything in my ledgers. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what I’m up to with all the paperwork, but I just tell them it’s my small business. I don’t have a big staff, just me and occasionally someone to help with the heavy lifting or deliveries. It’s a practical way to run a business without too much overhead. I like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get around. It might not look like much from the outside, but I stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the work flowing.
