H K World Travels operates out of Satyakam Apartment-1, which sits on Jayprakash Narayan Road. We are right at the Majura Gate area in Surat, which is a very central and busy spot. Our office has been here for quite some time, and we have become part of the daily life of this neighborhood. It is not a large or flashy travel agency. We have a small room with some old maps and a couple of computers where we look up flights and bus schedules for our customers. The noise from the traffic at Majura Gate can be quite loud, but we are used to it by now. We handle all kinds of travel bookings, whether someone is going on a short trip or a longer journey. We are just local people who know the travel industry well enough to help our neighbors. We do not have any corporate training or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like they are our friends. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit to confirm a booking, but we always get it done. It is a simple life and a simple business. If you are passing by the apartment building, you are welcome to come in and ask about tickets. We try our best to be helpful without making things complicated or using big words.
