Gyan Architects

We are located at Shop No A 3 in Gopinath Society. It’s out on the Varanccha Kamrej Road in the Sarthana part of town. If you know where the D Mart Mall is at Sarthana Jakat Naka, we are right opposite that. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic, especially with the mall right there across the street. Gyan Architects is a small setup. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It’s just a place where we sit down and figure out how to build things. We do a lot of residential work for people around here. The office is usually filled with the sound of the fans and the traffic outside. We have shelves full of old project files and rolls of blueprints that we haven't touched in years. It feels like a real neighborhood office. People from the society often pop their heads in to say hello. We spend our time drawing up plans and then going out to check on the construction. It’s dusty work most of the time. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell people how much steel or cement they might need. It’s practical. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, eating snacks from the local shops nearby. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small architectural practice in this part of Surat.
