Gujarat Wire & Metal Industries

If you head down to Udyognagar in Udhna, you’ll find us on Road No. 3. Our plot is A/3/18. It’s a typical industrial plot with plenty of metal and wire around. Gujarat Wire & Metal Industries has been based here for a long time. The street is usually lined with delivery trucks and stacks of materials. It’s a gritty part of town, which suits us just fine. We work with various types of metal and wire every day. There’s the sound of cutting and loading going on from early morning until we close up. The shop floor is dusty and smells like iron, which is how it should be in our line of work. We don't have a fancy front desk or a waiting room with coffee. If someone comes by, they usually just walk into the main area and find one of us. We keep our records in a small office tucked away in the corner. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we’ve grown over the years. We know the other businesses on Road No. 3 well. We help each other out when someone needs a tool or a hand. The work is physical and sometimes tiring, but it’s what we know. We make sure the wire is coiled right and the metal is cut to the specs we were given. It’s simple, honest labor. We like it that way.
