If you go to Salabatpura, you will find us right opposite the Kohinoor Market. This is a very busy part of town and there is never a dull moment. The market across the street is always full of people buying and selling cloth and other materials. Our place, Gujarat Transport Service, is right in the middle of all that chaos. We move a lot of bundles for the traders around here every single day. The office is small and often cramped with packages waiting to be loaded onto the small tempos that line the street. We don't have much in the way of decoration. Just some old calendars on the wall and a desk that has seen better days. The street outside is narrow and it takes a lot of skill for the drivers to get in and out without hitting anything or getting stuck in the flow of traffic. It is a lively place to work. You hear the shouts of the market workers and the loud horns of the rickshaws all day long. We start early, usually before the market even opens, to get a head start on the day's tasks. By noon, it is hard to even walk on the sidewalk because it is so packed with people. We just focus on getting the deliveries done on time. It is a lot of heavy lifting and checking lists manually. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do in this office.
