Our office for Group Co.Of Essar Steel Ltd is located over at 18, Satyam Row House. If you know the area in Surat, we are right near Nutan Row House on Palanpor Pal Road. It is a pretty decent spot here in Pal, near the Post Bhatha area. Being in a row house makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office building, which we like. It can get pretty busy on this road sometimes, especially with the traffic moving through Gujarat, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. We handle things related to the steel side of the business from here. It is not a huge place, just enough room for us to get the daily tasks done and keep the records straight. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and looking over what needs to be handled for the day. Living and working around here in Surat means you get to know the neighbors after a while. We are not some distant company; we are right here in the neighborhood. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and the office feels it, but that is just how it is in this part of India. We just keep the fans going and stay on top of the work. It is a practical setup for what we need to do. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address. It’s how we prefer to run things.
