Our place is at 357 in the GIDC area of Sachin. If you know GIDC, you know it’s mostly factories and industrial sheds. Globela Pharma Pvt. Ltd. fits right in there. It’s a dusty part of town, and there are trucks everywhere. We spend most of our time in the production area or the small office at the front. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the hum of machines in the background. We make medicine here, so we have to be careful, but we don't act like we are in a movie. It’s just hard work and long hours. The break room has a fridge that makes a weird noise, and the table is a bit wobbly. We all know each other’s names and what’s going on with our families. It’s that kind of place. We don't have a website with fancy photos or anything. If you want to see what we do, you just come to the gate. We handle a lot of shipments going out to different places. Sometimes the rain makes the roads in the industrial estate a mess, but we still manage to get the trucks loaded. It’s a practical life. We focus on the batches we are running today and try to stay ahead of the schedule. Nothing more to it than that. Just people in Sachin working hard to get the job done right.
