Globe Marketing

Globe Marketing operates out of unit 38 in Transport Nagar, right off Varachha Road. If you know Transport Nagar, you know it is all about the big vehicles and the constant movement of goods. Our unit is a bit tucked away, but we are right in the thick of it. The space is mostly used for storing whatever we are marketing at the time, so the layout changes quite often. One week there might be stacks of crates, and the next, it’s all long boxes. We have a small area near the back with a couple of old wooden desks where we handle the paperwork and take calls. The walls are a bit dusty, which is hard to avoid in a place filled with trucks and loading docks. There is a heavy metal shutter at the front that we roll up every morning. Varachha Road is always loud, and the sound of horns and engines is just part of our daily life here. We don't have any fancy carpets or soft chairs; it’s all metal, wood, and concrete. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. The light from the overhead tubes is a bit flickery, but it gets the job done. We just manage the inventory and make sure things are moving out to where they need to go. It’s a basic, hardworking environment in the middle of a very busy transport hub. We have been at unit 38 for quite a few seasons now.
