We are over at Iscon Mall, right on the 125th spot. Being across from Rajhans Cinema means there is always a crowd, especially on Friday nights when the new movies start. It’s a busy corner of Surat here in Deshmukh Wadi. This place isn't like a fancy showroom. It's more of a workspace where we handle our daily business stuff. Most of the time, the desk is covered in papers and some tea cups that need washing. We deal with various supplies and general items. I started this because I wanted something of my own in a central location. The mall can get pretty loud during the holidays with the music playing in the hallways. Our office has a heavy door though, so it stays mostly quiet inside. Sometimes people get lost looking for the cinema and end up at our door asking for directions. It happens at least twice a day. The floor is that grey tile that never looks perfectly clean no matter how much you scrub it. We have a couple of chairs for visitors, but they usually don't stay long. Just dropping off orders or checking on things. It's a practical setup. Nothing much to look at, just a place where work gets done. Surat is a big city and being here in the middle of it helps us stay connected to everything. We have a small kettle for making coffee when it gets late.
