Shree Ji Textile

You can find Shree Ji Textile at Gidc Plot No. C1/4304/10. It’s a bit of a trek to get to our specific corner of the industrial estate, but we’ve been here for a long time. The work we do is pretty standard for this area. We take in raw materials and we send out finished goods to the local markets. There isn’t much magic to it, just a lot of hours spent at the machines. We don't use any flowery language to describe ourselves because that’s not really our style. We are just workers. The shop floor is loud and it gets very hot in the summer, but that’s the reality of the textile trade here. We’ve got a small group of guys who have been working at this plot since the very start. We don't have any big meetings or corporate retreats. We just talk over tea in the mornings and then get straight to work. If someone has a problem with a machine or an order, they just say it out loud. We don’t have a suggestion box or any formal ways of talking. Our address at C1/4304/10 is where we spend the majority of our lives. We’ve seen the seasons change and the prices of thread go up and down over the years. We just keep moving forward.
