Balkrishana Textiless

Balkrishana Textiless is located at Gidc Plot No. 944. It is a big industrial plot in the zone. We have several power looms running most of the day and night. The noise is really quite something once they all get going together. It is hard to talk over them, so we mostly use hand signals to communicate or we just wait until we go outside for a break. The floors are always covered in bits of white thread and lint from the weaving. We have a crew of about ten people who keep the production moving along. We are not a polished corporate office at all. Our office area is just a small corner with a battered metal desk and some old files piled up. Most of our work is making bulk fabric that gets sent off to the bigger cities. GIDC is a very busy place so there are trucks coming and going at all hours. It gets very stuffy and hot inside during the summer months despite the ceiling fans. We just focus on the machines and making sure the threads do not snap and ruin the cloth. If a machine breaks down, we usually fix it ourselves unless it is a very big problem. Fancy mission statements or slogans aren't something we use. We just make cloth for people. It is a lot of long shifts and checking the quality of the weave by hand.
