Finding Aklavya Ind. Pvt. Ltd. can be a bit tricky if you aren't used to the Gidc layout. We are over at Plot No. 2429. It’s a big industrial area and all the plots kind of look the same after a while. Our gate is usually open by eight in the morning. The air around here always smells like grease and metal, which I guess is normal for a place like this. Inside, things are pretty loud. We’ve got machines running and people moving stuff around most of the day. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. There’s always dust on the windows and the coffee in the breakroom is usually too strong. We have been in this spot for some time now. Some of the guys have been working at this plot for years and they know exactly where every tool is kept. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and look for someone who isn't too busy to talk. Dealing with deliveries is probably the biggest part of our afternoon. Trucks come in and out of the Gidc area constantly, so the roads are always a bit chewed up. It’s a rough and ready kind of life, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production schedule without much fuss.
