Ghelani Builder, Jolly Residency, Surat

We are located at Number 51, Gala Type, in the Dindayal Society. This is in the Palanpur area of Surat. It’s a busy neighborhood and we are right in the middle of it. Our space isn't a high-rise office; it’s more of a local setup that fits into the society. We handle a lot of the builder work from here, mostly focusing on projects like Jolly Residency. If you walk in, you’ll see piles of architectural drawings and a lot of site photos pinned up. It’s not the neatest place, but it shows we are busy with actual construction work. The staff here are mostly local guys who know the streets of Surat inside and out. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. There’s no polished marketing speak here. We just tell people what’s happening with the buildings and when things will be ready. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is. We drink a lot of coffee and keep the work moving. Dindayal Society is a good place for us because it’s easy for workers to find. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of talk about cement and bricks. It’s a practical business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our projects moving forward. It’s a solid way to work.
