Geeta Crafts

We are located up on the second floor at Sf-6 in the Aagam Emporio. It’s right across the street from the Balaji Hero showroom on University Road in Vesu. It’s a pretty busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside the windows. Being in an emporio for Geeta Crafts means we have neighbors on both sides, and it’s a bit different than working out of a dusty old warehouse. We keep the place fairly simple inside. There are shelves and tables where we sort through the crafts we handle. Most days, it’s just about getting the orders sorted and making sure nothing gets broken. Vesu has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more shops and people around every year. It’s nice to have good light coming into the shop during the morning hours. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. People mostly just hear about us through word of mouth or they see the sign when they're heading to the university. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock sitting on the floor, but we make it work. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It keeps the energy up when we have a long list of things to get through. It’s just a small team of us here, doing what we do every day without much fuss.
