Floriana Group (Svil Mines Ltd)

We’ve been at this spot in Adajan for a while now. Most people around here know Sun Bunglow because it’s right across from Haridwar Society. If you’re driving down Gangeshwar Mahadev Road, you can’t really miss the turn near Karan Park. It gets pretty busy during the mornings when everyone is heading to work. The street noise is just part of the day here. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular workplace where we get our stuff done. Sometimes the chai wala comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. Dealing with the Surat heat means we keep the fans going all day. The building itself has some years on it, which gives it a bit of character I guess. We aren't tucked away in some big glass tower, so you feel connected to the neighborhood. There is a lot of walking traffic outside because of the park nearby. On rainy days, the road gets a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of us have been working here long enough that the security guards at the society across the way feel like neighbors. We just show up, do the work for Floriana Group, and head home when the sun goes down. It's a practical setup for what Svil Mines Ltd needs to do in this region. No big signs or flashing lights, just our name on the gate and desks inside.
