Experience Details

Experience Details is located over near the old New Super Cinema in Surat. We handle a lot of the nitty-gritty details people often miss when they are busy with other things. It’s mostly just us here at the office on Cinema Road. P. Kannan started this up a while back because there was a need for someone to sort through information and keep records straight. It’s not a big fancy place, just a room in Paris Plaza. We spend most of our days looking at papers and answering phones. People stop by when they’re in the area for a movie or just doing errands. It gets pretty loud outside during the busy hours, but we manage. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just trying to get the details right for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the fans are noisy, but that's how it is in the Surat heat. We’ve been at No. 12 for a few years now. It's a small team, mostly just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. If you need something looked up or sorted out, this is where we do it. We don't have a big reception area or anything. Just desks and files. It’s a simple setup for simple work. We try to stay organized, though sometimes the piles of paper get a bit high. That’s just part of the job here. We also help people understand what they need for their specific situations. It's a lot of talking and explaining. It's how we spend our days.
