We operate out of Flat No 511 in Sanghvi Tower, which is part of Building No 5 on Adajan Road. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of peace from the busy Surat streets below. Adajan Dn is a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a while. Excel India HR Services isn't a big agency with hundreds of employees. We are a small group of people who know how things work in this part of Gujarat. Our office feels more like a home than a corporate space, probably because it’s in a residential tower. We have our files, our computers, and a small area where we talk to people. It’s pretty quiet up here compared to the main road. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive decorations. We just focus on the human resources tasks that come our way. People from all over Surat - 395009 find their way to us, usually through word of mouth. We don't spend much on advertising because we prefer to let our work speak for itself. It can get a bit crowded in the elevator during the mornings, but we don't mind the wait. We like being in Adajan; it’s a good place to be. Every day we just come in, go up to the 7th floor, and start our work. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that’s exactly how we want to keep it.
