Our place is in Shiv Krupa Apartment, over in the Palanpur Patiya area near Rander Road. It’s tucked away behind Dipanjaly Society in the Dipjyot Society complex. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time, but once you know where we are, it’s easy. We have been operating Essar Steel from this location for quite a while. It’s mostly an administrative spot where we handle the details of our steel orders. We don’t have a massive warehouse attached to the apartment, so we do a lot of the heavy lifting elsewhere and manage the business side from here. There is always a lot to do, from checking prices to talking with drivers. We are just regular people trying to run a steady business. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated contracts. If you need steel, we talk about what we have and what it costs. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and the phone ringing, but we like the pace. Being in Surat means there is always construction going on, so we stay pretty active. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us making sure things run right every day. We value the local customers who have been coming to us for years. The Palanpur Patiya area is always busy, so being in Shiv Krupa Apartment puts us right in the middle of things. We give specific directions because of all the societies.
