We are located at number 14 in Madhav Park. It’s a row house setup here in Surat, so it feels a bit more personal than a big industrial warehouse. We have been working with steel for quite some time now. People in the 395009 area usually know where to find us. It’s a quiet enough street most days, which makes it easier for loading and unloading things without too much trouble. We spend most of our time organizing the stock and making sure we have what people are looking for. It is not a huge operation, but we manage. My family and I handle the daily tasks, from answering the phone to checking the metal that comes in. Sometimes things get a bit messy with the paperwork, but we get through it. We don't use flashy signs. Most folks find out about us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. If you need some steel for a project, we are usually around during regular hours. Dealing with steel is heavy work, but it's what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Gujarat, just a reliable one where you can get your supplies without any fuss. It’s just us doing our thing every day, trying to keep the business going steadily. Being in a row house means we have to be mindful of the neighbors. We try not to make too much noise. My brother and I usually handle the unloading ourselves. It keeps us fit. We have a small desk where we keep all the ledger books. Writing things down by hand feels more reliable.
