This office of ours is also in Surat, located at 13 Bhaktidham Society. It’s on New Rander Road, in the 395009 zip code area. Just like our other spot, this one is based in a residential society. It’s a bit of a different vibe than a commercial building. We have the whole unit number 13 to ourselves. There’s a small front area where we sometimes park our scooters. Inside, the walls are painted a plain off-white and we have basic furniture. We deal with steel here too. It can get a bit noisy when the neighbors are around, but mostly it is a peaceful place to get through the paperwork. We don't have a big staff here, just a few people who know the steel business well. We spend a lot of time checking prices and talking to suppliers. The New Rander Road is usually quite busy, so getting in and out can take a bit of time during rush hour. We usually start our day early to beat the heat. There’s no big corporate culture here; we just sit down, do what needs to be done, and go home. We have a few cupboards full of old files and some samples of the materials we handle. It’s a very practical setup that has served us well for a long time. We like being part of the society because it feels more connected to the local community and people here.
