Our shop is located at C/29 in Paramhans Society, which is near Trikamnagar-2 off the L/H Road in Surat. It’s a busy area, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal in steel products of all sorts. It isn't a glamorous job, mostly just moving metal and checking invoices all day long. We have a lot of local guys who stop by because they know we are usually around and have what they need in stock. The L/H Road can get pretty crowded, especially during peak hours, so getting deliveries in and out takes some timing. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for a while and people know where to find us. If you need some steel for a project, you just come by Paramhans Soc and we talk about it. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes we get behind on our filing, but we never lose track of an order. That’s the most important part of the business anyway. We aren't a huge operation, just a handful of us working to keep the customers satisfied. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but it’s honest. We focus on the metal and let the rest take care of itself.
