We handle various tasks from this location, mostly keeping things running smoothly for the people on site. It is very practical. We wear our uniforms and it is a short walk to get where we need to be. The rooms are basic and functional. We don't have any of that corporate fluff here. It is all about the work and the steel. At night, the lights of the plant are always visible. It feels like the work never really stops, which is fine by us. We are a group of people who are used to the industrial life. Living and working at Nand Niketan means you are part of the process every single day. It is just our way of life in Hazira and we are okay with that.
