Essar Steel Limited

Our place, Essar Steel Limited, is at 54 Shantisagar Ror House here in Surat. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually like. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We do all our steel business from here. There’s a small front area where we keep the main desk. We don’t really have a regular schedule, we just stay until the work is finished. Sometimes that means staying late into the evening if a big order comes through. The neighbors are nice, and we try not to make too much noise. It’s a simple setup. We have a few computers and a printer that jams way too often. There’s usually some music playing in the background to keep us going. We deal with all kinds of steel requests. People just call us up or walk in. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything. Just a small plate on the door. It’s just a few of us trying to make a living and doing a decent job of it. We’ve been in Surat for a long time and know the trade well. We don't see the need for big advertisements. If you do good work, people find you. That’s been our experience anyway. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs to get done today. It isn't perfect, but it is ours.
