We are Essar Project Management Consultants Limited, located out here in Tamilnadu. Since we are in this part of India, we deal with the local climate and the way things move in this region. Our setup is pretty basic. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We focus our time on the project management and consulting work that keeps us going. It is a lot of looking at spreadsheets and making sure everything is on schedule. The office is a practical space where people can actually get things done without too much distraction. We are just a group of people who know how to manage projects. We don't try to sound like a big global corporation because we aren't one. We are just local consultants working in Tamilnadu. The days can be long, especially when we have big deadlines, but that is the nature of the business. We keep things simple and try to be as organized as possible. There is always something to fix or a new plan to draft. We just take it one day at a time. It is not always perfect, and sometimes things get a bit messy, but the work always gets finished. That is just how it is for us here. We don't need anything more than a desk and a good plan to be productive. It might not be glamorous, but it is real work that we take seriously every day.
