We set up our office at 5 A Ratna Vinay Apt in Piplod. Surat is a fast-growing city, so there is always a lot happening around us. Essar Project Management And Consultants Ltd has been based here for some time now. It is a pretty straightforward setup. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. It is just an apartment where we get the consulting work done. Most of the time, we are buried in project files and schedules. Being in Piplod is convenient because it is a well-known area in Gujarat. The office isn't overly large, but it fits us just fine for what we need to do. We spend our mornings looking over plans and making sure things are moving along as they should. It is quiet inside for the most part, except for the usual phone calls. We don't really go for that corporate vibe you see in big cities. It is more about sitting down and figuring out the problems for the projects we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are more hectic than others when multiple deadlines hit at once. We usually grab lunch nearby and then get right back to the folders. It is a practical life, being consultants in a place like this. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. Our desks might be a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It is just the way we like to work.
