Our office is located at C 2/17 in the G.I.D.C Colony in Surat. Being in the industrial area makes sense for us since we handle logistics and moving things around. It’s a busy place with trucks coming and going all the time. The colony itself is quite large, so you have to know where you're going to find our specific block. We’ve been in Gujarat for a long time and understand how the local transport and shipping routes work. There’s always someone in the office, usually sorting out paperwork or talking to drivers on the phone. It gets a bit loud with the surrounding factories, but that’s the reality of working in an industrial zone. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just maps and schedules. Our team is small but they know the roads like the back of their hands. We deal with a lot of different types of cargo. Some days are slow, but most are pretty hectic with deadlines and arrivals. We try to keep things organized, though with logistics, something is always changing at the last minute. We just deal with it as it comes. It's practical work for practical people. We aren't interested in big speeches; we just want the trucks to get where they need to go. That's the main thing we do every single day here in Surat. It is a noisy job but we enjoy the pace of it.
