Essar Constructions

Our place is located right on Vijalpor Road, not too far from the railway station. It’s a busy area and you can hear the trains passing by quite often while we’re working. Essar Constructions has been set up here for a while, mostly dealing with local projects around Gujarat. The office is a simple setup because we prefer being out on the actual sites rather than sitting behind a desk all day. We deal with various construction tasks, from small repairs to bigger structures depending on what’s needed that month. Working near the railway means there's always activity around us. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the traffic on Vijalpor Road, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big team of fancy executives, just a handful of us who know the trade. My cousin helps out with the paperwork and I handle the site visits. We try to keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It’s just the way we do things here in Vijalpor. Some mornings start very early before the sun is even fully up so we can get a head start on the heat. The tea stall down the street is where we usually meet the workers to plan the day's tasks. It’s a practical way of living and working. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to build something solid. It takes time and effort, and we just put our heads down and get on with it.
