Essar Constructions

We spend most of our time at the office here in Room No. 47A over at Milan Bungalow. Being right across from Valentine Multiplex makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache during movie rush hours. Essar Constructions has been around Surat for a good while now. It’s mostly just us handling the usual building work and site visits from this spot. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we look at drawings and talk to the crew. Some days it’s quiet, other days we’re running around trying to get materials sorted for the next job. We handle things as they come. Surat is a busy city and there is always something being built or fixed up somewhere nearby. If you walk past the multiplex, you’ll see our sign. We started small and stayed that way for the most part because it lets us keep an eye on everything personally. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or complicated. Most of our guys have been working with us for years, so we all know how things work. Sometimes the rain slows us down, or a delivery gets stuck in traffic, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We just try to get the work done right and move on to the next one. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be part of the neighborhood here. We are happy to stay right where we are.
