Essar Constructions

We are located over at Sanskrut Apartments in Piplod, right near the Rajhans Cinema. Essar Constructions is the name we use for our building work. Surat is a lively city, and being in Piplod means we are right in the middle of a lot of action. It's not a big corporate setup. We just operate out of our space in B-1, 303. Most of our day is spent out on the roads or at different building sites across Gujarat. We deal with concrete, steel, and wood all day long. It's not glamorous work, and our clothes usually show it. We don't use fancy slogans to get people to hire us. Usually, people just see our trucks or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We try to be straightforward about how long things will take and how much it will cost. Sometimes there are delays, like when the weather turns bad or a delivery is late, but that’s just life in construction. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small, dedicated group of us trying to do a good job for the folks around here. We like the feeling of finishing a project and seeing it stand there in the sun. If you pass by Rajhans Cinema, we are just a stone’s throw away, probably busy planning the next project or arguing about where to park the truck.
