Essar Constructions

Essar Constructions is located at 73-74 Bhagunagar Society, which is near the Morabhagal Char Rasta in the Rander area of Surat. This is a part of town that has a lot of history and a lot of daily movement. Being near the Char Rasta means there is always something happening outside our door. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have some shelves for our files and a big table where we can spread out blueprints. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We take on various building jobs around Rander and the surrounding neighborhoods. We aren't a huge corporation, just a local outfit trying to do a decent job for the people who hire us. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the roads near the society a bit difficult, but we still try to get to our sites on time. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from suppliers to homeowners who are worried about a leak or a crack in their wall. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just look at the problem and try to find a way to fix it that makes sense. It’s been a long journey working in Surat, and we have seen many changes in how people build their houses. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, at Bhagunagar.
