Essar Constructions

Essar Constructions is located at 17/B, Milan Bunglow on Dumas Road. We are right in the Pilod area of Surat, and you can see the Valentine Multiplex across the way. It’s a handy landmark for anyone trying to visit us for a meeting. We’ve been based in this part of Gujarat for some time, focusing on various building projects. The office isn't anything fancy or high-tech. It’s mostly just a place where we sit down to figure out the week's schedule and pay the bills. We have a few desks and some old cabinets for our files. Being in Pilod means we are close to a lot of the development happening in Surat. We don't bother with corporate polish or marketing jargon. We speak plainly about what we do. Our team is usually out in the field, so the office might be quiet during the middle of the day. But early in the morning, it’s a buzz of activity with people picking up tools and checking their assignments. We take things as they come and try to deal with the inevitable delays and problems that happen in construction. It’s a messy business, and we don't try to hide that. We just show up every day at Milan Bunglow and get to work. It’s a practical, local operation and that is how we like to keep it for our crew and the people we work for. We focus on the bricks and mortar to make sure the job gets done.
