Essar Constructions India Ltd.

Our office is located in the Nandniketan Township, specifically at F-7/15. This is the Essar area in Hazira, which is quite a drive from the main part of Surat. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s very industrial and there is always something being built. We are Essar Constructions India Ltd., and being based right here in the township makes it easier for us to manage our local projects. The office is a bit cramped sometimes because we have so many people coming in and out from the sites. You’ll usually find a few of us drinking tea and arguing over a blueprint or a delivery schedule. Construction work in Hazira is constant and there is always noise and dust. We don’t have a polished corporate environment. Our walls are covered with site photos and calendars that have been marked up a hundred times. We just focus on getting things done. Sometimes the rain in Gujarat messes up our timelines, or a supplier forgets a load of sand, and we have to scramble. That is just the way this business goes. We aren't here to give anyone a fancy sales pitch. We just know the ground here in Surat and we know how to build things. It’s a lot of long hours and sweat, but that is what we are used to.
