Essar Constructions India Ltd.

Our base is at 403/A in the River Top Appartment. It’s a bit different running a construction company like Essar Constructions India Ltd from an apartment building, but it works for us. We keep all the paperwork and the planning stuff here. It’s a quiet place to sit down and look at the numbers after a long day out in the sun. We don't have a big warehouse on this site; most of our tools and the heavy gear are kept where the actual work is happening. Being in River Top means we have a bit of a view, though we don't spend much time looking out the window. We are usually out the door before the sun is fully up to get to the job sites. Our crew is small but they have been with us for a long time. We don't go in for those corporate mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on building things that stay up and doing it for a fair price. Sometimes the elevator in the building is out of service, which makes carrying rolls of plans up to the fourth floor a bit of a workout, but we are used to physical labor. People mostly hear about us from their friends or neighbors. We just want to do a decent job and keep moving on to the next project without any unnecessary drama.
