Essar Constructions India Limited

We've been running Essar Constructions India Limited out of the Bansidhar Row Apartments for a while now. If you know the area, we're right near the Isckon Temple in Jhahangirpura. It’s a busy part of Surat, but we like being here. Usually, someone is around the office handling paperwork or talking to people about current projects. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just where we coordinate things and keep our gear. People often drop by because they saw the sign or they live in the neighborhood. Surat is growing fast and there is always something being built or fixed. We stay busy with the day-to-day stuff that comes with being a local construction outfit. Our address at Bansidhar Row is pretty easy to find if you’re coming from the main road. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the work in front of us. Most of the time, the guys are out on-site and the office is where the planning happens. It's not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we get the job done. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Jhahangirpura over the years. Being near the temple means there is always a lot of foot traffic. We just take things one day at a time here. If you are looking for us, look for the Bansidhar building. We are part of the local scene and we plan to stay that way for a good long time.
