Essar Constructions (I) Ltd.

Our office is located at 406 Darshan Appartment. It’s right on Anand Mahal Road in the Jogani Nagar area of Surat. It's a busy part of town, which is good because there is always something happening outside. Essar Constructions (I) Ltd. is a local outfit. We aren't some big firm from out of town that doesn't know the area. We live and work right here in Gujarat. The office isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep the records and meet with the guys before they head out to the sites. We handle all sorts of building projects. It’s a lot of coordination with suppliers and making sure the trucks show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and that’s when the day gets really stressful. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just try to build things that are solid and won't fall down. Most of our clients come to us because they saw a building we finished a few streets over. We rely on the work we’ve done to show what we can do for people. Surat is growing so fast, and there is always a need for new structures. We stay busy enough without needing to do much promotion or advertising. It's about being reliable and showing up when you say you will. Our desk is covered in papers and coffee rings, but we know where everything is. It’s just a practical way of doing business in 395009.
