Essar Constructions (I) Ltd

We've been tucked away in Francis Apt for quite some time now. Being on the 5th floor gives us a decent view of West Marryedpalli, though we spend most our time staring at blueprints or arguing over supply costs. 1St Lane and 2Nd Street can get pretty crowded, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out to work. Our setup here isn't anything special, just desks, a few old filing cabinets, and way too many coffee mugs. Essar Constructions (I) Ltd is really just a bunch of guys who know how to build things. We don't go in for those flashy brochures or fancy sales pitches. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we did down the road and asking who was responsible for the project. It’s messy work. There is always mud on the boots and dust on the files. We handle the paperwork here in Secunderabad, but the real action is out at the sites. Sometimes things go slow because of the weather or a late delivery, and that's just how it is. We try to be straight with people about what can actually be done. It’s about getting the foundation solid and the roof tight. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us over the years. We’re just part of the local scenery now, tucked into 501, trying to keep up with the busy pace of the city. It’s a job, and we do our bit every day without making too much noise about it.
