Essar Constructions (I) Limited

Our office is located at Room No. G.No.7 in Nand Vihar, which is right near Essar House here in Surat. It’s a convenient spot for us because everyone knows the landmark nearby. Essar Constructions (I) Limited operates out of this small room where we handle the day-to-day business of building and site management. Surat is a city that never seems to stop growing, and we’ve been trying to keep up with that pace for years. The office is quite basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We aren't much for fancy decorations because we spend most of our time out in the sun at various construction sites anyway. Whether it’s a small renovation or a larger project, we treat the work the same way. We have a small team of dedicated workers who have been with us through thick and thin. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to clients. We just explain what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes there are delays with the materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we always find a way to finish the job. Being near Essar House makes us easy to find, and we like being part of this busy area of Gujarat. It’s a straightforward life and we’re proud of the work we put into the city. We just take things one brick at a time and see where it goes. It keeps us busy and keeps the bills paid.
