Essar Construction(I) Ltd.

We are Essar Construction(I) Ltd. and you can find us in Surat, specifically over on the Surat-Hazira Road. Our office is in 404 C-Block at Ellam Park in the Pal Patia area. It’s a busy part of Gujarat, and being near the Hazira Road means there’s always something going on outside. We use this space to handle all the logistics for our various construction jobs. It’s a standard office setup where we do the budgeting and talk to the site managers. The building is Ellam Park, and we’ve been in C-Block for a bit now. We don't have a lot of marketing stuff on the walls, just maps and calendars. People come by to drop off documents or talk about the next stage of a build. We keep things pretty informal here. If the door is open, we’re probably inside looking over some blueprints or arguing about a material delivery. Surat is a fast-moving city, so we try to keep up with the pace from our spot in Pal Patia. It’s not about having the fanciest office for us. We’d rather spend the time making sure the work on the sites is actually moving forward. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s the nature of being near the main road. We’ve got a good rhythm going and this location works well for getting to the various projects we have. We just focus on the builds and keep our heads down.
