Essar Construction

Our office for Essar Construction is at 27, Mahavir Nagar, in the New Kosad area of Amroli. We are right near the Jashmik Party Plot, so during the wedding season, things can get pretty loud around here with all the music and guests. It makes for an interesting work environment, that’s for sure. The office itself is just a simple room where we keep our tools, blueprints, and the computer for the accounts. Mahavir Nagar is a decent place to be based because it is easy for our workers to find us. We don’t have a lot of space, so we have to stay organized, though sometimes the piles of paper get a bit high. Amroli is a part of town that is always changing, and we like being a part of that growth. Most of our days start early with a quick meeting before everyone heads out to the different locations. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, we just stand around the main table and figure things out. It’s a hands-on kind of business and we like it that way. If there’s a problem, we just deal with it right there on the spot. There is no corporate ladder here, just a group of us trying to do a good job on every project we take on while keeping things simple and practical.
