You can find us at 120, Dindayal Society, over in the G-Type section on Palanpur Road. Being in Surat, it’s always a bit of a scramble with the traffic and the growth happening everywhere. Essar Construction Ltd. is based right here in this house-turned-office. It’s a practical setup because it lets us stay close to the local projects we’re working on. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls or corporate awards on display. Instead, we’ve got shelves full of ledger books and samples of tiles or bricks. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, but we’re always doing something. Whether it’s talking to a contractor or checking the weather forecast for a concrete pour, there’s never a dull moment. We’ve been in the Dindayal Society for a while now, and the neighbors are used to our trucks coming and going. We aren't a huge firm, just a dedicated group that understands how to build things properly. We take the work as it comes and try to do right by the people who hire us. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three deliveries arrive at once, but we manage. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who know their way around a construction site. We don't feel the need to be anything else. We just like seeing the progress on the sites every day.
