Essar Construction Ltd

We operate out of Urmi Apartment, right behind the Convent School in the Fatehgunj area of Baroda. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Our office at C-1/7 isn't anything like those high-rise corporate spaces you see downtown. It’s a lived-in space where Essar Construction Ltd gets its planning done. Being in an apartment building means we have to keep things a bit quieter than we do on a construction site, but there’s still plenty of activity. We have a small team, and we’ve been working together for quite a while. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking in with the crews at different sites. Fatehgunj is a good neighborhood to be in, and we like the local feel of it. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a renovation or a new build. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with brochures. We just talk about what needs to be done and how long it’ll take. The office has some old chairs and a lot of rolled-up plans leaning against the walls. It’s practical and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of tasks every day, making sure the projects stay on track. This is just how we do things here, day in and day out.
