We’ve been over here at B/3, Mahalaxminagar for a while now. It’s a busy spot near Palanpur Patiya on Rander Road. Most days, the office is just a place where we grab our gear and check the schedules before heading out to whatever site needs us. It gets pretty loud around here with the traffic, but we’re used to it. Essar Construction Ltd is basically just a group of us who know how to handle tools and get things built. We don’t have fancy desks or a big lobby. There’s usually some tea going and a lot of talk about cement or wood. People stop by sometimes to ask about a project they have in mind, and we just tell them how it is. It’s not a complicated setup. We spend more time on-site than sitting here anyway. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the small desk in the corner, and someone has to stay late to sort it out. That’s just how it goes when you’re working with your hands most of the day. Rander Road is a good place to be based because we can get to different parts of the city without too much trouble. We just try to do the work that comes our way and keep things moving. It’s dusty work, and our boots usually show it when we walk back into the office. Nothing fancy about it, just us doing what we know.
