Our base is located at Qtr No: 588 in the Kribhco Township. It is part of the Kribhco Nagar area here in Surat. Being in the township means things are usually quiet and organized. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit. It is not some big downtown high-rise office, just a regular place in the P.O Kribhco Nagar area. We mostly handle the construction side of things for the projects we take on. The address is 394515 if you’re mailing anything. Most of the guys on the team live nearby, so it makes getting to work pretty easy. We spend a lot of time on the actual sites, so the office is mostly for keeping the files straight and taking calls. It’s a practical setup. Gujarat is a busy place for building right now, and being in Surat keeps us right in the middle of it. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but that is part of the job. You can find Essar Construction Limited tucked away in the township. It's a straightforward operation. No big marketing team here, just us doing the daily tasks. We like the community feel of being in Kribhco Nagar. It feels like home more than an office sometimes.
