You can find us at 106 in the Dhanmora Complex, which is right by Adajanpatiya in Surat. It’s a pretty central spot, so getting here isn't too bad, though the traffic at the junction can be a nightmare during rush hour. The complex has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always a bit of a buzz in the hallways. Our office is where the planning happens. We have rolls of blueprints sitting in the corners and the desks are usually covered in notes and site photos. Being in Surat means we are close to a lot of the action, and the Adajan area has grown so much lately. We’ve been in this office for a bit now, and the walls are starting to show a little wear, but it’s a good place to work. We handle the construction management side of things, making sure materials are where they need to be and the crews have their instructions. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We usually get tea from the vendor downstairs twice a day, and that’s when most of the real shop talk happens between the team members. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls, just calendars and project deadlines. It’s a straightforward operation run by people who know the local area and the construction business inside and out without needing any extra polish.
